Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our detailed shipping and handling policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping/ Handling Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

 

Domestic Shipping & Handling:

Standard S/H: 5-7 business days

Expedited S/H: 2-3 business days 

 

International Shipping & Handling:

Standard International: 7-21 business days

Express International: 3-7 business days 

*Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted locations. If there are issues with delivery to your location, we will notify you during checkout. 

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, weather, or customs processing. We are not responsible for these delays, but will di our best to assist you in case of any issues.

Lost or Damaged Items

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that state delivered in the tracking information. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Submit photos and/or a video of the damaged items to our email info@adorablebabyshop.com and we will assess the issue.
